What we collect

Analytics. We run first-party, privacy-first analytics. We record page views with a salted, daily-rotating hash — we never store your IP address, and we cannot identify you across days. We record coarse metadata: country, device type, browser family, and referrer domain.

Accounts. If you create an account we store your email address, display name, and the profile details you choose to add. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; we cannot read them.

Newsletter. If you subscribe we store your email address and your confirmation status. We use double opt-in: no confirmation, no emails.

What we don't do

• No third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
• No sale or sharing of personal data with data brokers.
• No cross-site tracking of any kind.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@cloudorial.net. Deletion is permanent and completes within 30 days.

Data location

Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Backups are encrypted at rest.
